Closing the Gap
P-TECH is a four to six year program that gives students the opportunity to earn their associates degree in various pathways upon high school graduation. P-TECH is an amazing opportunity to accelerate students forward and provide them the skills and knowledge necessary to be more competitive in today’s job market.
However, once P-TECH students put in the hard work and dedication to get a degree. Now what? These alumni are still on the precipice of their lives and many of them face this hard question of how to utilize their degree, next steps and what out of the many pathways they can take. For many of our alumni, their success hinges on this pivotal make-or-break moment—especially for those who may lack access to professional networks and career support at home.
Our Board’s mission for the P-TECH Alumni Network is to build a strong community of Colorado P-TECH graduates, providing them with comprehensive services that include pathways to employment, continuing education, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities post high school graduation.
Our vision is to empower P-TECH graduates to become future leaders across all industries through transformational support and resources that will enable them to reach their full potential and make a positive impact on the world.
